A LOOK INSIDE YOUR WORLD
Take charge of your life by talking to a professional today.
If you’re wondering how to find a good psychotherapist, look no further! We will work with you to create and consider alternatives to old habits you want to let go of. Through our psychotherapy process, you’ll learn to develop new thoughts and implement desirable cohesive behaviors.
We believe that every individual is unique, so we do not follow a cookie-cutter approach to help you overcome whatever mental, emotional, or psychological issues you may have. As your individual or couples’ therapist, we will assist you in achieving your personal and collective goals. You can take total control of your life; I can help you!
We focus on you as a whole person and invite all the dimensions of your personality into every session. Your body, mind, and spirit collectively form and determine who you are and how you handle your trauma. We touch every facet of your individuality, making sure that every session leads to a place where you become a better and much lighter version of yourself.
You deserve freedom and peace of mind. You are not your trauma, and you are not the things you hate!
Humans often prioritize the well-being of others over their own, and in doing so, it is possible to gradually relinquish parts of our own selves in the process.
When we lose ourselves, our relationships, both intimate and platonic suffer because we can’t give what you don’t have. Depression and anxiety are byproducts of our dissatisfaction and yearning for something better. Until you deal with trauma and gather the pieces of yourself that you’ve given off, you may never experience living fully.
It is my duty as a licensed psychotherapist to walk you down this path to mental, physical, and spiritual clarity, enlightenment, and self-discovery. You may have tried to do it on your own, but depression and anxiety are weights that no one can pull or let go of alone. I have helped individuals and couples who have struggled to find purpose, meaning, laughter, and peace. I have helped them navigate the complexities of relationships, mental health, and spiritual growth.
My name is Tim Stephens, and I am a CA Licensed Therapist with 15 years of experience helping people live their full best lives. I am a flexible therapist that is unafraid to change my therapeutic approach depending on your individual problem and what I think would work best.
